I have a beuatiful shiny around MS-70 1963 Franklin. I don't know whether it is silver or not, but I think it is clad. How much is it worth?

You need to give more information and images if you want sincere opinions. I would suggest that you purchase some coin price guides as well as check out the guides available online. I am not a Franklin Collector, but without checking the population reports, I am pretty sure that no major grading company has ever certified a Franklin at MS70.
