Crossover ANACS MS61 Missouri

I have never submitted a coin to PCGS before. I have 47 commems registered. I lack just the Lafayette and a Hawaiian. I have one ANACS coin, an MS-61 Missouri. What's the easiest way to cross it over?
I could take it to the local coin shop. He is a PCGS dealer; but I have never dealt with him, so I am concerned he would not be too interested if this is my only transaction.
I could use my four free submissions as a Registry member, but this seems like a waste for just one coin.
This coin, as it is, ain't doin' me no good. I guess I could just sell it. But then I wouldn't have any Missouri at all. And I don't have the funds to buy one at a higher grade. If I tried to cross it over, and it came back a lower grade, I don't think that would bother me too much. I just need to get it in a PCGS holder.
I could pay for regular submission but then again I think there is a five coin minimum, and I think I need to go through a dealer.
Does anybody have enough familiarity with the PCGS submission process to give me a good recommendation as to how to proceed?
Thanks in advance for advice. Checkers

Here's to it and to it again.
If you don't do it when you get to it,
You'll never get to it to do it again.

Your local PCGS dealer should do a good job for you, in the hope of further transactions in the future and a recommendation of him by you to others. If he does a lousy job, or acts like he doesn't want a chance for your transactions, however many they might be, why (or how?) is he in business?
Good luck, maybe your Missouri will go up to a 63!

Send it to me and I will submit it for you. Also, while you are at it, send all of you city View Thalers along in the same package so I can verify that they are not counterfeit. I will send them back when I get back from vacation.
You are not Scott!!! You have stolen his ICON!!!

<< <i>you could even use one of your four membership free submissions. >>
I successfully did just that at the Long Beach Show.
(I didn't know Scott had a twin brother.)
