Cracked holder

Does PCGS re-holder any type of their slabs or just normal production slabs? I have this collectors club slab that was broken in transit via the mail, and was wondering before I sent it in for a re-holder, if PCGS would re-holder it with a flag insert of just a normal blue insert with the Collectors club pedigree on it.
