Question about value.

When you join/renew the PCGS Collectors Club, at certain levels you receive a 2003 MS68 Silver Eagle.

What is the value of this coin?

I bought one off ebay for $15 Buy it now with a $5 shipping charge. Probably around $15-20.

I received the Silver Eagle in the mail today. The insert is a flag with (PCGS MS68, PCGS Collectors Club Edition) listed on the front of the insert. There is no cert number listed and no bar code. This is new to me. I assume these must have been graded and slabbed as promotional coins. not meant to be included in the graded population?

Also, and I'm just assuming, is MS68 an easily obtainable grade for an ASE?

Any information would be appreciated.
