Crap is relative. Velvet posters of dogs playing poker is pure excrement to me, but people still buy them to adorn their trailer home, living room walls.
If someone wants a colorized coin and will pay the price, it is money better spent than on a big batch of Crack cocaine they would normally spend their money on!
I've never even seen crack cocaine, but I thought it was more expensive the colorized coins, I could be wrong as I've never bought colorized coins either.
It has always hurt me to my heart when I see all the BS ads on tv about these kinds of things. They normally have a patriotic theme to get older citizens to pay for this stuff. Max 5 Walking liberty silver coins at $35.00. Colorized quarters with the Trade buildings painted on them for $15.00. It just burns me up thinking of the kids that will inherit this junk by well meaning grandparents. AAAAAAAAAUUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Glenn
They are on ebay now. Guy sold one for $23.99. Lists as colorized by a private company & don't think ever call an official commorative coin. If people want to by them, that's fine. I don't want one but patriotic feelings may push someone to purchase.
