Carl is right. (I guess that's not really "upper.")
I agree that the cameo looks week on some of the flatter surfaces of Monticello, so it might just go CAM. (I would be upset if it didn't at least get CAM.) But those sections of Monticello are a little tilted and sometimes photos can be deceiving if they don't "catch" those flat parts at the right angle; so I hold out hope.
It is pretty, and '72 is a tough year in terms of contrast and quality.

I think BNE is talking about the hook shaped mark to the right of Jefferson's neck. It looks like it could be is a gouge.
So I'd say around 67 Cam.
