Roosie collectors... how easy is it to...

Hi,

I was just looking through my roosie collection (just a typical white UNC roosie collection I have been putting together lately) and I decided to examine the coins and check for FT. After looking for a few minutes, I noticed one dime that was exceptionally nice. It was a 1947D and it is extremely pristine. I see no marks on it whatsoever, it has good luster (a hint of golden toning) and a nice strike (canidate for FT). Comparing the coin to my 1957 PCGS MS67 dime, the '47 looked much nicer. My question is, how easy is it to make a MS67 on this coin? I have never submited, but have dealt with MANY coins and this looks like a no brainer MS67 to me.

I believe the pop on this coin is 51. What usually keeps these coins from making MS67, typically?
