PCGS yellow insert ring

I picked this slab up at santa Clara because it looked neat. The inner ring is completly yellow, but the rest of the slab is intact and the normal color. What could cause this, and how many are out there like it?

    Hi Cameron,

    Not sure how this could have happened. It might be heat related. We'd give you a free reholder at a show, but you probably collect weird holders!?!?!?!?
