For me, the eyebrow takes away what little eye appeal an Ike would otherwise have. The MS-62 reverse doesn't rescue the coin.

You're actually lucky to get that in a 64 holder with those dings on the face. I've seen ones where you have to take a glass to them to see the defects and those have gotten 64's.
