Seeking info on a PCGS Regency holder Pedigree

The coin is a 1886 MS-66 Morgan dollar with the pedigree "Private Collection Cy E. Barker Trust." Anyone know about this collection, collector or if this was a major set?

Real color? I guess AT was concern even then or did pcgs holder AT coins then?

Neat pedigree madmarty. This is the only type of PCGS slab that you could even put that on the label.
