Pinnacle: A Class Act (NEWPS)

As someone recently said, we don't seem to hear enough about the good dealers, so I thought I would share my experiences with Pinnacle Rarities.
While at the ANA show in Charlotte, I came across Pinnacle's table and it was kind of dead, so I struck up a conversation with Scott who was manning the table. I told him about my last purchase from them, an 1892-O Morgan that I was very pleased with. Unfortunately, they didn't have in Morgans in their case, but a few coins they did have struck my eye. Knowing full well I wouldn't be buying them, Scott still took the time to show me the coins. They were: NGC MS68 tab toned York 50¢, 1938-D NGC MS68 Mercury with the most incredible toning I have ever seen on a Mercury, PCGS MS67 Spanish Trail 50¢, and a really nice looking NGC PF65 1876 20¢. This type of customer service goes a long way, and it is too bad that many dealers don't think ahead. I came away from Charlotte knowing that I would look at Pinnacle's offerings first when I was ready to fill more holes in my Morgan set.
I had four S mint Morgans on my hit list in Charlotte, and I was only able to find one of them that was acceptable to me, a 1900-S. I was speaking on the phone with another board member who mentioned he saw quiet a few of the better S mints on Pinnacle's site. I went and took a look, and whoa! Here were the other three dates I wanted, the 1886-S, 1888-S, and 1902-S, all nicely struck, without the awful toning that plaques these dates, especially the 1902-S. I then sent a PM to Mark Feld, who I know posts here. Mark was very helpful, and worked with me to ship the coins quickly. I received them today, and am most pleased with them. Here they are:

Got quoins?
Thanks for your gracious post. It works both ways and you helped make it work.
I finally got to meet Coinguy at the Baltimore show. He is truly a scholar and a gentleman. Class act all the way. He was very open and honest with "Uncle Tom" (LOL my uncle who is beginning to get the "bug") I will openly admit that there are a lot of coins in their inventory that I cannot currently afford but I felt that I was treated the same as someone looking at a $20,000.00 coin. I always look through his site now and have been eyeing a certain coin for a while. One of these days Mark! I will certainly be telling my uncle to bookmark your site too.
Nice Morgans by the way!!!!!
Laura from Legend was also at this show. When I showed interest in a beautiful proof 65 trade dollar, and also confessed that I couldn't afford the coin at this time, she still treated me like I was a valued customer.
At the up-coming Central States show, I will have more funds available for coin purchases. And I will visit these two dealers before I spend a dime. They are both very good dealers, in my opinion.

I really don't think they'd treat me any differently if I had $100,000 dollars to spend then they do now with my... "humble" coin budget.
And I have to say the way Coinguy1 conducts himself on this forum is a credit to Pinnacle. But mostly it's a credit to him--because it's a reflection of the way he really is. A good and knowledgeable guy, who will go out of his way to help you.

Went and gave Mark the bighead.
I can almost hear that head beginning to swell from here?
Glad to see a good transaction receive the praise it deserves. Mark, you must doing it right! Congratulations.
Sometimes it takes a brave person to praise, rather than bash dealers on this forum.
Take this bash like a man...I just bought a NGC MS64 BN large cent from you at lower than current auction prices, PQ for the grade and a coin that is arguably RB.
Pinnacle is top notch in my book!!!
