I've never seen a pcgs slab like this before anyone have any info about it? What would be a decent offer to make if i were thinking of buying this? thanks

  • I buy them for $6-8 each. They are fairly common and they all contain lincoln cents from 1917-1929 (dates I've seen so far). The back side of the label is a type that PCGS never used in regular production.
