He was probably about a year and half early.

I think he was none too early, in fact he could have been earlier, in his prediction, imo. I think, if you/we can find out, that the blue has had (way) over one hundred weeks of (mostly strong) pluses, and only a dozen, or more likely six or seven weeks of (insignificant) minuses in the commems. It would be interesting to check the last 100-150 weeks...(if, of course, you feel that this is, or isn't any indication)

Maybe. I could have easily missed a bull market in commems. I've been kinda busy with other things. Anyway, they still seem pretty cheap. (No, I don't own a single one.)

Agreed. The pops and mintages, and, even something completely different, like the "collectibility" of a "set" with obverses and reverses all different, makes this set really cool. In addition to a timely value, educationally and historically, it's the best set, except for perhaps a type set, to collect. (imo)
