It is ACG of course.

Here is the seller ebay auction. Look at his other auctions listed as "certified" or "PCI". How can some people sleep at night?!

What I find amusing is the seller does not mention ACG in the title of any of his auctions and rarely shows the whole slab, but does mention acg in the description. Such little tricks slow some of us down but now I know simply not to bid on any of the sellers auctions. Does anyone know if it is possible to "block" a seller like you can block a bidder?

Try an ebay search in coins under "certified" and watch how many ACG, NTC, and PCIs pop out at you. Sellers just won't put those in the title...they won't get any hits
