Now this is something I like, a self-assembling order list so I don't have to go back grubbing through all my old notes and emails.

I can't say yet what the exact price will be because I don't know yet what the final cost of production will be. That will depend on whether the printer was able to use the digital files I provided or if they had to use the hardcopy master proofs I provided. I also have the problem that I have never produced a book of this size before and I'm not sure what it SHOULD sell for (cover price). I've had suggestions ranging from $25 to $40. (If anyone can give me some kind of guidelines I'd love to hear them.) Right now now I'm leaning towards $29.95 for the Book and $15 for the CD-Rom version, plus postage of course. ($25 and $12 for forum members at least on this first run.)

If I actually get the books from the printer on the 10th as promised I should be ready to start mailing them within just a couple days. A formal announcement will be made when I actually receive the books (and find them acceptable).

I may have to go ahead and order a second run. So far I have had three dealers express some interest in carrying the book and if all three do then the first run is already about 70% spoken for. And I haven't even openly advertised it yet.

I want to buy a signed book. Since I contributed a single scan of an ANACS certificate a couple years ago that you wanted, you could inscribe it "Thanks, Jim, for all the help with the book. It wouldn't have been what it is without you."

This is great condor101 and me belong to the same coin group in Fort Wayne. Our next meeting will be on the 13. Im hoping to get the book from him personally. You will all have to settle for the mail route.
