So...let's talk about really good customer service

A funny thing happened the other day... I mis-directed some 'crossover' coins to PCGS that should not have gone. I immediately contacted customer service who really listened to my problem then (smiles) acted on my request.
See, I need one of the coins back that I was trying to get crossed over. Not only did they return the coin in question, but also finished the order, sending all back. Say what you will, the quality of PCGS has gone up a few notches in my opinion!!!
Thanks to all in Customer service and the Operations manager that made it all happen!

Very good to hear stories like that. A trend we can only hope continues, and in fact, keeps getting better.
