Not posting...

I've decided to move on and post in the forums that don't censor what people have to say, just wanted to get it out and say it so the people who might be looking for answers from me don't look for them any more. I believe in our constitutional right to freedom of speech, and for reasons other than the blatantly offensive, there's no reason to censor what people say here. Take it how you like it, I think PCGS made a huge mistake and don't care to be "watched" in the forum I post in. I see it as an anti-American thing to do. Discuss it as much as you like, but don't bother responding to me - I probably won't see it. I may check in from time to time, but won't be accepting any more PMs and won't be reading the threads here often enough to count. It has taken me nearly three weeks to come to this conclusion, and I don't care to discuss it with anyone. It's my decision.

Have a good life, folks. Sorry things couldn't have been better for all here. Censorship is WRONG.

Some types of censorship are wrong (others, not so much so).
It is self-censorship- banishing yourself from these forums, that is truly sad.

..........and i continue to wander why members feel such self-importance that they need to post a "good-bye" thread. i've said it before, so i'll say it again----if you leave, you'll most likely take the problem you're troubled by along with you. it's always best to stay and work on a solution than to run and hide.

Wish you well. Everyones input is invaluable.

The world of numismatics is exhaustingly massive in scope, the topics that get one banned here are singular in nature. Bad mouthing PCGS as the host of this board seems an easy topic to avoid. I guess coin collecting has moved beyond the coins, to the dynamics of the plastic encasing them, which is a real shame.

PCGS has added a hundredfold times more legitimacy to numismatics than the inconsistancies it has added to grading via the holdered coin.

I wonder when the hobby of numismatics became such an unhappy, tortuous affair?

By all rights this thread should be making the magical journey to the Open forum.

What did he say? It was censored and so I was not able to read it. Will everyone please get over it. Let's talk coins.

    here, here carl

there are others on page one that need to go, but that's up to the administrators. glad it isn't my task. this new order will take awhile to get used to. maybe keeping them at/near the top will help, but it also means them emails will keep coming.
