Just bought a scanner and here is my first image. Thanks to Laura DeFalco for the training.

    What kind of scanner was that? Mine doesn't do much of anything. Yours really picked up the colors great.

    Nice pix ... it may be time to replace my antique. What brand of scanner did you use/obtain?

    Thank's guy's...guess I did ok since everyone is interested in how it happened. The scanner is an Epson Perfection 2450 and the software is Adobe Photoshop Ellements which is provided with the scanner. Cost, appox $395 with a $100 mail-in rebate. The 2400 model is available for $199 and the 1600 model is $149. Mike DeFalco turned me on to this scanner. Really does a great job since I have little experience with the tools. Thanks to Laura DeFalco, I did this inside of 5 minutes. Set the resolution at 150.
