Another Old Gal comes home. Large Pic

Here is a pic of the old gal i found in the bottom of my desk draw. She has been down there for many years and now enjoys her new home. To me she is spectacular. image
She just got back from her trip accross the USA to be slabbed for ever.

    Everytime I look at the older US coins (100+ years) I wonder why the modern coins have to be so poorly designed (my opinion). This is not to say that "Lady Liberty" is all that good looking but it's a damn sight better than looking at Lincoln's, Jefferson's, Washington's and Roosevelt's faces on the coinage today. At least Liberty stood for something!
