Poll: coin people's pets, what kind of animals do you have?

nwcsnwcs Posts: 13,386 ✭✭✭
In the spirit of fun polls, I thought it'd be interesting to see the pet preferences of the board's coin people. And to keep it on coin related thoughts, does your pet participate in your collecting?

For example, my last cat loved to help with the coins. She'd bite into proof sets (the cellophane ones), mint sets, and chew up pages of Krause. And she always found time to sleep on top of the coins. Your pets help you?

Miniature dachshund and siamese cat. The dog likes clasic gold. The cat goes for moderns, but you know how cats are.........................................

Dan, that's why I had to have that "more than one type" category. image How do you keep trout around? Have a small pond out back?

I object to this bias poll that invidiously excludes Arabian horses.

Thanks. However, I feel there should be a distinction made between those who own Arabians and those who own inferior breeds.

Edited to add: And I had already check the "not listed" box.

I have a daughter that just loves animals, and like most daddys I have a hard time telling my little daughter no. She has a dog, cat, bearded dragon lizzard, aquarium, and a hamster. I collect coins, she collects animals. My problem is she is a Junior in High School and will be leaving for College in 17 months. I need to see a high mortality rate develop or I'm going to have a mess on my hands. Is there a "Buy Sell Swap Pet" forum around here?image

Two dogs, Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Augustus "Gus" (sometimes "Disgustus") and Murphy (also answers to "Little Bit"). They have the combined IQ of an old garden shovel, but they they do offer unconditional love (as long as you have a treat for them). If a burglar ever broke in here, they would lick him to death image

When I see them moving, I shoot them. Speaking of which, spring seems to have sprung and the little rodent like targets are now running around. Sounds like some outdoor fun is in order.
