Need a larger pic. At first glance I would say AU 50. on second glance flatness at hip could make for a lesser grade. horn looks full but i can not see it that well. need Larger clearer pic. please. cladmaker
I say AU50, too. I've been watching this coin. It's a nice example, but when I get a three-legger, I am going to want to buy it certified. There are a lot of fakes out there, although this example seems to have the right diagnostics (moth-eaten rear leg, and taking a piss).
"The essence of sleight of hand is distraction and misdirection. If smoeone can be convinced that he has, through his own perspicacity, divined your hidden purposes, he will not look further."
Agreed it appears genuine from the diagnostics, but from the wear, it strikes me as closer to XF-45 ... still a very nice coin. But, on this variety, get a slab or at least a return privilege ...
I'm going to go against the consensus here, saying it's either a VF35 or EF40. The horn is full, but appears to be worn at the top, and the tip of the tail doesn't show. Regardless, it's a nice, problem-free coin.

IMHO, EF-45 (the obverse might be AU50, but the reverse is not there yet).
Best wishes,
