You submit a NGC coin to be graded by PCGS and they sticker it with a grade and it would be able to be registered in the PCGS registry without a PCGS holder. You could have a NGC 65 coin graded by PCGS as a 64 and keep it in the 65 holder, yet be a 64 in the PCGS registry.

yet another angle on the "game" where you will pay for PCGS to downgrade %80 of your NGC slabs for the privilege of entering them into the PCGS registry.
Thanks for refreshing my memory! I had forgotten about the poll. I voted NO in the poll. Something about thinking it was stupid to pay PCGS to grade NGC's plastic. So what's everybody gonna do? Send their coins to NGC like they are saying because PCGS is too tight, get the higher NGC grade, then turn around and pay PCGS to put in their Registry Set at a lower grade? hahahahahaha
Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.
So what's everybody gonna do? Send their coins to NGC like they are saying because PCGS is too tight, get the higher NGC grade, then turn around and pay PCGS to put in their Registry Set at a lower grade? hahahahahaha
I got a kick out of that too. lol Time to go eat chinese food.
