    those spots can't be removed.

  • Its been dipped, probably numerous times, the spots can not be removed with ms70. Maybe NCS can do something with it, but until then its probably an pr 63 or 64 and I would not be too sure about the cam, blacklights and digital modifications can be very decieving. Im not saying this one is that way, just not sure that is all. JMHO.

I like the nice big fat fingers on the coin.
It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!

Karl is correct. If, as stated in the auction, that is glue residue, it is not removable without damaging the fields. I'd also note that this seller is not stupid. If he thought the coin would go DCAM, it would have been submitted (or maybe it has?). In addition, since it is not specifically mentioned one way or the other, I have to wonder about hairlining on this coin.

uh oh, rub and tics on the highpoints. be sure to tilt it in some good light and look for color change.

  • This seller deals in slabs. Chances are that if it would make CAM, he most likely probably would have submitted it himself already? That proof walker he has sure looks like a beauty. I bet if that haze and stuff could be taken off, it would go CAM. A really beautiful coin.
