I too am new .....

Like Gary McColley, I too am new to this forum as well as using a computer. This
d##m computer is driving me nuts.
After cruising this forum for a few days(it took me a week to correct my botched up
login ) I can see there is a lot of info available here. So here is my question.
While fumbling through some coins in 2x2's, I came across a 1948 Franklin that
looked pretty good. I got a PCGS MS64 FBL coin to compare it to. The coin has
strong bell lines and hair lines on the upper rear of Ben's head, much more detail
my MS64. But then I noticed(yuk) some green grunge in Ben's eye and ear holes
as well as between the letters of Liberty. I tried acetone but no luck. Iknow this
is a low dollar coin, but learning how to remove this junk may help in the future.
Any suggestions?
P.S. Thanks for any help. I saw the tail end of the Swimmer hoopla, anything new?
Don coinvac. Did I mention this d##m computer is driving me nuts?

Got any proof JFKs? - or toned Jeffersons?
You should be commended however for selecting a computer with a "shift" key on the keyboard.

It's a little easier now but nearly as maddening.
Welcome to the forum! A lot of knowledge here for the asking. (Even some techie geeks you can ask questions of when your d##m computer drives you nuts!)
