Could the fourth time be the charm for this Teletrade coin?

This is cracking me up. This PR66DCAM Accented Hair is on it's fourth time around:
First listing - $1150.
Second listing - $975.
Third listing - $875.
Fourth listing - $925 so far.
How many times does Teletrade allow a coin to be returned and relisted? And, do these bidders not stop and think that maybe there's a reason this thing has been listed so many times?

Then I guess he can sent it in for another 3 rounds of returns.
Givewn the fact it's "sold" so many times, I'd guess it is a dog (or typical TeleTrash coin).

Cameron,
One of those sales is linked right in the current auction. That might provide them a clue.
Greg,
There's no doubt in my mind that this coin is a dog and that's why it's been listed so many times.

My take is that it's a three time loser.
