I guess since I started posting to this board, I should stop and introduce myself. I started collecting coins as a child in the early 1980s. Until recently, I've mostly just been accumulating coins, but never really dug deeper into the hobby. I've recently acquired a renewed interest in the hobby, and have been trying to learn a lot more about it. So even though I've been a collector for over 20 years, you'll probably see some "newbie" questions out of me as I try to gain a deeper understanding of coin collecting. I'm primarily interested in US coins -- I have a pretty good type set collected, a set of circulated 2 cent coins, and am now working on putting together an uncirculated set of Liberty nickels.
