I think he adds a lot to the board. Seems to have good experience, knowledge, and insight.
I don't think he's a Dork. Maybe we need to lift his self esteem

I like karl's posts, but sometimes they remind me of my small home town which has not one but two glue factories. You can see the trucks loaded with dead horses waiting to deliver them for processing. Next time you get the notion to either sniff or taste glue, well enough said.

PCGS's definition of dork is slightly more strict than NGC's, but lately they've been much closer. ICG calls way too many people "dork" and I think this hurts their reputation. Accugrade will call anyone a "dork"; you just have to check the box on their submission form.

Of course dorkkarl is not a dork. He's far too stubborn to be a dork.

But, what I really want to know is - is he in fact a Karl? Think about it......
He's offered no proof of that, not a shred of evidence. Why should we take his word for it? Anyone could make such a claim, hiding behind that "dork" identity.

He is not one of my favorite contributors, but i have certainly come to the realization that the guy knows coins. Perhaps, in order to know this, I, too, must be a dork. Nonetheless, his opinions carry a lot of weight for me.

If DorkKarl is not a genuine dork, and yet he is a dork, then does that make him an artificial dork? How long did he have to spend in that baked potatoe to a-d so convincingly?

One thing is for real though, I enjoy his posts and this board would be a lot duller place without him! Dork-on!
