AT or not?

I'd like to educate myself a bit more on toning. Here's a pic that I can't figure out. Is it AT or not? If it is AT, what are the signs on this particular coin?

I've been reading a lot on the boards on how to tell with Morgans, but not other denominations, such as Franklins, Walkers, etc... Is there anything specific to look for with toned halves?

probably AT - maybe heat treated - if original, purple would be around or near rims and extend into a little orange, than clear - not vice versa.

What does the other side look like?

I see what you mean with ACG. Check out this one I just stumbled across. How could this possibly happen? How could ACG possibly gain respect with slabs like this?

Well, those types of mechanical, typographical errors happen at every grading service. It would be nice if they didn't, but they do.
