Adrian lives down the street from me, and I will find myself walking around show floors, only to have him show me a really cool coin that he has just bought (at a table I was headed for next).

Even worse, Adrian was at the Texas Money Show in Houston this past weekend with his ENTIRE inventory. Must have needed an armored truck to get it there. I'll give him this... he has the enthusiasm of a kid in a candy store. Really loves this stuff. Showed off the whole batch to me for about 30 minutes, ancilliary stories and all. It was great. The only part I hated was the fact that my bank account doesn't have an unallocated 7-figure slush fund.

I could not agree more with this statement. I would hope that the younger and future dealers would emulate this becuase it is something that I think is needed in this field.
Is it just me or all the "old time" dealers boring?
I personally just don't like the guy. I'm not sure what it is about him but he just rubs me the wrong way. I think he's the wrong combination of arrogance and friendly. It just doesn't make sense.

What's worse is that he now has Sean scouting the stuff for him as well.
