2002 KENNEDY'S ARE SOLD OUT??

Just checked the MINT's website, the 2002 Kennedy's are no longer available. I verified this with a mint employee via the telephphone. A recent Coin World article stated there were approx. 38,000 two roll sets remaining. So, did they in fact sell out or did they stop selling them? Anyone know?

I think they stopped so they could release the 2003. I'm sure you saw that the 2003 Kennedys are now available. Almost $40 for $20 of coins. What a deal.
  • Did you , already, had buy 2002 Kennedy's?
  • I always think that the best way to have these coin in yor collection, was buying the uncirculated set... so told experience

I've been debating whether or not to open my bag. Has anone heard of any major finds in the 2002 JFK's?

    Cheers,

    Bob
  • I bought 10 rolls the day they came out. I sent 2 of the best ones off to PCGS about 2 weeks ago. I still have the 10 rolls and will hold onto them, unless the right price comes.

if the 2 i sent in come back as 67's (doubtful) then I will send a few more.
  • If I were with your rolls andbags, I wouldn't open them, because prices will get much and much higher and more for MS
