Do you think NCS could "Save" this Proof Morgan?

Whats wrong with it? I find sometimes Heritage photo's to be dark and the coin bright.

I love toned Morgans, but I just do not like the looks of this one.

The Holder is the newest style so I think the coin is probably better than the photo makes it look.
If it is really that dark I don't think it would make 67.
If it really is that dark I think ncs would be happy to dip it white if you wanted.

JMoore, this prMorgan kind of looks like the one you posted when in a dark room, or when not imaged good. Do you think this needs to go to NCS?

If the coin is as dark as the pic then there is nothing anyone can do to "save" it. If it's dipped the black may turn white, but then it would get a body-bag for altered surfaces.

With the toning that dark I don't know if I would want to risk uncovering the mirrors and finding out that they have been damaged by the dark toning. Definitely would be a risk.
