Interesting COTD or Russ has a good eye

I bought a raw dime from Russ that caught his eye. I guess after looking through all those '64 proof sets you get experienced. Anyway I sent it to NGC as my first NGC submission. I sent it to them because they attribute varieties. This is now the highest graded pointed 9 dime. There is one in 68 UC and 4 in lower Cameo grades.

Actually, I'm not that surpised, though. Even some my stuff from PCGS has lately been coming back graded higher than I thought it would.
