Not exactly the best strike in the world... but looks pretty clean. I'll say MS62, either that or an AU55... I really have a hard time telling what is strike and wear sometimes.
On second look, that does look like wear... I stand by my AU55.
I'm impressed. Personally, I would have thought AU50 (obverse looks sick). NGC says weak strike. I don't like weak strike coins and I have no idea why I even bought it (it's why I don't like peace and franklins). I keep it hidden away.

It really looks like a weak strike rather than wear. I'd assume such a weak strike would keep it out of MS65 condition.

This coin was given a 62, probably because the surface preservation is nice. Most of the weak strike 3 centers you will se in Ms-60,61 holders.
I would have really never guessed it was that high. but its a nice looking coin. do you thing the smaller coin get a better grade?
