ACG seller has bounty of up to $500 if you turn in people bad mouthing him!

Interesting. I presume ah-collectibles is Mr. Hager? Never seen a "reward" like this posted with auction listings, but then I seldom look at ACG listings: "<FONT color=#ff0000 size=5>A $100.00-$500.00 cash payment or merchandise credit will be given to anyone who sends us any NEGATIVE e-mails received regarding AH Collectibles and/or owner. The more well known the person, the more we pay. Information must have verifiable e-mail address

That shouldn't be difficult. There are lots of people out there who are jealous of the stunning success and integrity of Alan and Diane Hager. image

That's just begging for someone to set up a website or 3 on foreign servers with fake identities bashing AH.

He would probably be better off spending half the time and energy into raising his standards, rather than so much time trying to maintain low standards.

Well its only email that is negative about ahcollectables. Who has the deepest pockets? Send me an email how much you love ahcollectables and I will split the reward with you.

I considered sending him an email myself, but thats like cheating

    Two things Dog,

    1) It isn't "your" email he wants, he wants one that was sent to someone else. So if you send me one, I get the reward. Or if I send you one, you get it.
    2) This isn't the AGC reward, this is for AH Collectibles. Wonder if this is related to the suit that AH is filing that we have been reading about.

Oh, I see dbldie55. I really feel like a retard now. So send AH collectables an email saying dog said they suck. With my 7,000 posts here that should get you a nice reward.

Saying ACG sucks won't work. This is AH Collectibles offering the reward, not Accucrap. AH Collectibles has no affiliation with ACG. Just ask Hager.

I thought this was a well informed group. For those of you that don't recognize these three individuals, they are three of the Spice girls: Mustache Spice, Facelift Spice, and Prince Valiant Spice.

Remember, $500 in Accugrade credits and $1.95 will get you a cup of coffee at STARBUCKS.

  • The $3,000 check to the ANA brings 2 thoughts to mind:

1] I have never seen such a low check amount "blown up" for a photo opp. Maybe a $3 million check but not $3k!!

2] The ANA has pretty low standards I assume to accept money from such a source? Or they are in financial trouble?
  • There has been lots of debate on the ACG-ANA issue. I think the ANA lost a lot of credibility to a lot of collectors, due to their accepting of the check.

  • His refund policy is worth noting also;

    1) All auction sales under $50 has a 7 day return privilage . All sales over $50 are final. A 20% restocking fee will be accessed if item is returned

I figure this thread is now worth thousands of dollars, easy ... As the originator, I only think it ethical and proper that I receive a 25 percent finder's fee for everyone who cashes in for turning in another forum member ... Please PM for my PayPal address when your cash/slabs arrive. image

I still don't understand how me e-mailing one of my friends and telling them not to buy ACG because they don't know how to grade worth sh!t and they are slimeballs is considered slander. I can tell my friend that the government sucks and nothing happens and their new policy stupid, and I don't get in trouble. Dear Mr. Hagar,

In reference to your requested emails:

Is there a limit on how many bashing emails I can generate...and....who gets to determine whether or not I receive merchandise or cash? I would prefer cash.

    I anxiously await your reply.

    Sincerely,
    Catch22

    P.S.

If you determine that the reward be made in merchandise,
would you please send me raw coins as opposed to your crappy slabs?

I confess -- I am behind all the anti-Accucrap sentiment. Sue away Accucrap, sue away, if you dare; truth is a defense to the cause of action you would presumably bring. So sue away, I dare you, bunch of no good **********************************************************************

For #2, yes, the ANA has really low standards. Just look at their Board of Directors. I don't know too much about their financial situation, but I'm sure their little ACG Picture Party cost them a hell of a lot more than $3000.
