Quick, help! What's an Accented Hair Kennedy?

Specifically:

1) what's an A/H Kennedy? How can I tell?
2) what years were they struck?
3) what are they worth?

Struck in proof for 1964, look for a wishbone effect in the hair over the ear as well as a truncated I in liberty.

Put up a scan and I'll tell you for sure.

Price depends on grade. A Cam or DCAM a whole bunch of money.

PR65/66 grades are worth $40-70 in a PCGS slab. PR68 go over $100. CAMs go several hundred.

Look hard at the I in LIBERTY. On AH halves, the lower left serif is almost non-existant. Telling from the hair can be tough unless your name is Russ. The I has never steered me wrong.

If you are looking at the roll on e-bay, Russ has verified they are not AH!

Thanks to everyone who helped. I feel really stupid now, since I was looking through all of my 1964 mint state Kennedy halves. Duh. Some have more hair detail than others so I got excited. Well, maybe I have an MS-65 or two!! I will check 1964 proof sets at the next coin show
