Being somewhat new, I was wondering who I run into on eBay. Please don't feel that you have to reveal yourselves, but those who don't mind, I'd be interested in knowing.

I use the wildly original "brianmaguire". I use to sell some stuff but now mostly buying. i will have some coin auction in the next few weeks. A friend of my fathers collection, lots of proofs from the 50's and 60's - I don't collect proofs of anything so there will be some nice stuff, a 1953 Proof set in the original packaging and what looks to be a CAM Franklin and Washington. You will see me, at least today, over paying for a coin. Actually I usually am a smart shopper but I got crazy today.

Thank you IrishMike for the welcome on these boards. I am here to learn! And find out what collectors want to see in eBay coin auctions.
As a seller on ebay and a seller on the coin circut we want to be the best and learn from our mistakes. After being here for a week or so I have a taste on a few things that we need to do better, to be a better seller. For one is to get better pics out of this new camera. We had a break in a few months back and among other things they stole was my camera. I am working with a new camera that has more gagets then a 757..

I have also learned that we need to add more of a history (decription) behind the coins that we put up on eBay. We try to have 1000 coins up a week on eBay and never have made that goal .... Life is a learning curve, and we are working at being the best that we can be.
