Guess the grade on this piece. Also, give an eye appeal opinion

I would find the eye appeal to be a 10. I don't know how to grade the coin without a more detailed pic/scan of the obverse. Those colors make it impossible for me to see the marks. Strong bell lines. I will "guess" a MS-64 FBL.

MS-66 by the color, but date and FBL? Never would be able to see.

That looks like a PR70DC to me, or maybe it's a PO1. Hard to tell from the picture
