Isabella Quarter - I can't believe someone would do this!

Looking through the Ebay auctions today I noticed that one seller had a bunch of brightly colored morgan dollars that almost look like they were painted. That was bad enough. Then I clicked on an auction and was horrified...who could do this to a nice commemorative?
