A while ago I picked up this Oregon Trail Half because I love the design - This is the only classic commemorative that I have -
A. What grade would you give it?
B. Is it worth slabbing?
C. Which service would you send it to?
Thanks!

I am far from an expert, but I do own a 1936 PCGS 66. Mine has more detail in the headress and the string belt is more defined. Usually you should look at the foot detail. Your's looks decent there and the wagon wheel spokes look OK too. All things considered, I don't think you would get more than a 65 from PCGS.
A 1936 PCGS 66 goes for about $250.

No (waste of money)
C) See "B" above
It appears fairly weakly struck. There is no definition of the thumb of the Indian's right hand, other design details on the reverse seem kind of weak. It's a nice looking coin. Might not 65 because of the hit on the device on the reverse. Is it worth slabbing? Depends on how you feel about that. You are probably looking at $100 to $200 dollars worth retail value. Value to you, another thing altogether.
