The above coin is an early die state for this variety o-101, the coin below is a very late die state (101a) of the 1817/3 as evidenced by the bulging die resulting in flat struck center on obverse and the headless eagle on the reverse.

Notice that the best Bust Halves shown in this thread are RAW? Nice coins, especially the rainbow toned Bust Half.
