However, I must also give respect to Mr. Franklin. It was his idea to strike medals to commemorate the Colonies' victories in the Revolutionary War, and the resulting medals were the very first incarnation of the Flowing Hair and Bust types. So we can either vote for Mr. Franklin himself, or for the progeny of his brilliance!
