PCGS ERROR COINS!! PLEASE READ DISCRIPTION!!! To me it looks like it is correctly labeled as a business strike. Unless this year was a matte proof?

Clearly PCGS got that $5 Congress right.

But not this S$1Congress proof.

Check out the label. Well, they did get the grade and the Proof right, so who am I to complain.

The $5G is fine. It's the MS $1 Commem labelled as PR69DCAM that is wrong.

Oops... re-read your post and the auction. You're right, the seller is saying it's a proof, but PCGS got it right. it is MS.
