Have you ever NOT bid on a coin and asked yourself, what have I done?

As a corollary to braddick's post, I walked away from a gorgeous toned Liberty nickel twice, thinking it has a 50/50 chance of being AT'd. The third time I bought it. Recently I purchased it's twin. I've had a lot of pleasure in viewing it and sharing it with others. It always gets a WOW and from collectors about half the time, the inevitable question, is it AT'd? One that I did walk away from was a 1857 FE graded MS64 by PCGS. It was a well struck, lustrous coin that looked 65 to me. I could have had it for $875, but decided to sleep on it and come back on Sunday, the next day and of course it was sold.

Yeah, I went to sleep on a coin and by the time I woke up the next morning Frank taught his cigar smoking dog to click on the BIN and *POOF* it was gone.
