I'm Back! (Also got a Morgan I have been looking for)

In case some of you don't know, I fell very ill late in the summer, and wound up in the hospital several times. I was finally diagnosed with COPD in October. I have been doing much better lately and have regained a lot of strength. So here I am! image

I finally filled the hole in my set with a nice early NGC MS64 1899-S Morgan. These later S mints are very hard to find without ugly toning or lots of bagmarks. Now, if I just had the money and could find the 98-S, 00-S, and 02-S!

    Hi Russ.. yes he asked me my opinion of your coin before he bought it, so I guess you know what my opinion was!image He also picked up the companion to my 99-S: 1897-S. Both the 97-S and 99-S are identical in guality and also some faint peripheral toning, and they are both beauties. By the way, how does it feel to be an official coin flipper?image

    Hey I finally got into Imperial on Patterson.
    They're open Tues thru Sat 9-1pm
    He looked at some of my stuff for a bit then told me he was looking for gold.
    He seemed nice but the lady seems a bit high strung.

    I feel kind of dirty.image BTW, when I bought that one I yanked the dealer pretty good (with Dan's help). I've discovered that if you act like an idiot, it doesn't take long for the dealer's natural ego to take over and before you know it, he's selling the coin for less than he planned.image
