You know, I was somewhat sympathetic. After all, eBay is NOT like other venues and there ARE additional costs (lost opportunity to sell to one of the other bidders being most important.) But then he went way over the line with: come up with something concrete instead of your feet in the hudson.

Pepperdoodles/doops really didn't need an invite. He's been around reading the posts about him for a few weeks at least. I know he was e-mailing many of the people who posted to those threads. I received an e-mail and several others referenced e-mails they received in (and in one case reproduced one supposedly at his request). I suspect he just finally registered and started posting rather than continue the one-on-ones. I seriously doubt he was just waiting for an invitation.

Yep, no doubt about it. Ol'Russ has worked long and hard pleading and begging Doops to come on this Forum and stir things up! Thread after thread Ol'Russ has proven that he just can't stand to have civility, peace and calm, meaningful conversation about coins. He's at his best when he's flaming, name-calling and showing some real immature behavior. Now, he has brought a new playmate to the playground. I'm sure he is quite happy with himself. But, that's OK. After all Bear is proud of him. Pfffff
