I've seen this photo back in the 70's. Probably from Rettew's Coin Price List when he was big back around '75-77. My guess would be 1976 when he handled the Great Eastern Collection.
I don't know the middle person either. (I've heard of Joel Rettew before.) The other two I did recognize, although it take me a bit to come up with DH. I must say that he didn't age too badly in ~ 30 years...
The middle photo looks like it could be Rick Tomaska. His face is a little thinner, but I don't know how old this photo is. If you guys are right about the other two, then someone should reply, and send me $33.33.

One of them does look like David Hall. I would geuss around `76-`77.
