Ever been grateful to have been outbid?

I just breathed a big sigh of relief. I had a bid on a coin I liked when I bid but later wanted to put the money somewhere else. But because I don't believe in cancelling a bid, I left it. And now someone has outbid me and I'm happy again! Ever felt that big wave of relief?

Several times. Once I bid on a Morgan then kept searching and found one with a good BIN and bought it, forgetting about the previous bid until later. I really didn't want two of them. Got sniped at the last second and sent the winning bidder a thank you

I'll have to remember that one.

I've been there sooooo many times that I can't count them. We only have so many $ to go around.

I bid on this one early and then something came up and I would not have been able to pay for it.
I was sweating 'till the last few minutes of the auction when someone finally out bid me.

I did send a thank you to the winning bidder. I bid a on a coin that I already had two of and wanted to sell one.

Oh yes all the time. Thanking GOD on a daily basis.

Found myself doing the same thing right after that on another year, now I try to be a bit more careful.

Right now I'm praying to get outbid for a coin that's far beyond my budget. This isn't the first time and I'm sure it won't be the last! Twowood
