  • Well, it's not really a great price, I can get Franklins at my local coin shop for $3.40 per dollar face, or $1.70 each. If they are making $0.30 each on 2500 coins, that's $750. Not great, but not a money loser either.
  • Run a coin shop and have people bring them in all day long....

I work at Dillon Gage Metals and we'd sell a bag of Franklins delivered for $3,650. That's 2,000 coins.

edited to change bag qty from 4,000 coins to 2,000 coins
  • look and see how many negs that guy has

    edited for spelling
  • numish you mean 2000 coins for 1000 face value right?
  • Numish, if you're selling $2000 bags for $3,690, I'll mortgage everything I have and back up the truck at your office.

With 36 neutrals and 114 negative feedbacks, it sounds like they don't really care what they ship. image

  • I dont want to sell the coins. I want to go threw the coins and hoard them away. I have coin albums to fill.

If you ever hear of millions of dollars found in some dead guys house.

Yeah that will be me in 50 years.

Serious I want bags of coins low price. I get weird looks when i walk into a bag and ask for bags of quarters, ikes, pennies.

I drive a BMW serious im not gonna rob you.

  • even better:

1708 positives. 1204 are from unique users and count toward the final rating.

    36 neutrals.

114 negatives. 45 are from unique users and count toward the final rating.

Geee......let's see - 114 negs from 45 users.....okie dokie - sorry but it looks like a few of these folks have come back to the SAME WELL at LEAST 3 times! Gimme a break! WHY????????

This is a primo example of stupidity - doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.

    Mike,

It's possible that they bought a few auctions at once for shipping reasons... and he screwed them multiple times... say I buy 3 coins from dealer x in three different lots, and I get none... 1 neg for him? Hell no... he gets 3!

my3cents--actually one guy left nearly 100 negative feedbacks in a row. I think they are over on pages 14 to 17. They're actually pretty funny to read until you realize the buyer bought thousands (maybe tens of thousands) of dollars worth of coins from this seller and didn't get them.
