How can someone like me get my hands on a large number of coins like these people so cheap?

Well, it's not really a great price, I can get Franklins at my local coin shop for $3.40 per dollar face, or $1.70 each. If they are making $0.30 each on 2500 coins, that's $750. Not great, but not a money loser either.

It's possible that they bought a few auctions at once for shipping reasons... and he screwed them multiple times... say I buy 3 coins from dealer x in three different lots, and I get none... 1 neg for him? Hell no... he gets 3!

my3cents--actually one guy left nearly 100 negative feedbacks in a row. I think they are over on pages 14 to 17. They're actually pretty funny to read until you realize the buyer bought thousands (maybe tens of thousands) of dollars worth of coins from this seller and didn't get them.
