Hey Lucy. It says right there on the top:

<< <i>The seller ended this listing early because the item is no longer available for sale. >>

The seller obviously sold it to someone else before the end of the auction. Just because he wanted $15 instead of $3, doesn't mean anything. Besides, if you want to look at Wonder Woman......go look in the mirrorimage
  • Why would u want a few crumby pieces of paper anyways? image

No he didn't sell it to someone else, he lied. I wrote him and he said this:

"please try and understand i started the bid at 3.00 because i
believed the $20.00 to 25.00 comic would reach at least $15.00. i personally
paid $10.00 for this comic and i do not want to sell it for less. i would
have honored my commitment if you had won the auction for $3.00. i'm not
positive but i believe as the seller we can cancel an auction within 1
minute before the bidding ends. it's not fun for you the bidder as you
really wanted the item or you would not have bid on it in the first place. i
apologize for the inconvience to you. sellers must recieve close to what
they paid or make a profit in order to continue selling."

    Does Ebay allow this?

That sucks. At least it wasn't a coin seller. Then we could really rip them apart. (hint fellow forum member) image

You should file a complaint with eBay. Not that they will do anything, but you might get that one person there that doesn't have their head stuck up their ass.
  • I dont think so...

are there any left? U would have a better chance having the comic fall from an airplane than having an E-bay person do anything about it.

  • Yes the seller has the right to cancel the auction at any time before the ending time.
  • If he paid $10 for it and needed $15 then he should have listed it for $15 instead of ripping you and e-bay off. He is wrong and I'd report him anyway for being an AXX hole.
