New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.

You?
Seems to me that if it was a "good deal", you would already have a buyer. Think about it.

i think you might be destined for many great things!

sincerely michael
sometimes coins really great!! coins take time to sell with no interest at all. then in 3 to 5 months time you get 5 orders all at once for the same coin!!!!!!!!! i have seen some monster super rare underappreacited undervalued coins that just languise in one dalers inventories after another and even get returned by supposed long term collecytors and the coins are utterly fantastic while other pieces of crap are fought over!
now this is not a commom occurance but it does happen and i see it everyday!
same thing with coin web sites and coin anything
see my post on the buy sell trade boarda about this website for sale over there it might just need some extra marketing
and i hope if this helps then i could use a small gratuity i think
as even the pope does not work for nothing and has bills to pay......

Also, there is substantial value in a company's customer list. Like it or not, especially the larger companies buy and sell lists of customers. This is relative too, though, and you'll find less value in a list of 10,000 names with addresses of people who bought a single state quarter than you would with just 100 people who've made $10,000 in numismatic purchases in the past year. It's not stated, but I'd assume he's selling his clientele with the business.

Yep, it's for real.
fantasiize, I would be willing to transfer the domain name of the website to another name if you so desired. I do not think that it would lose value, especially if you put link on westcoastcoins.com saying that you had moved to eastcoastcoins.com.

There's more to a successful business than web site appearance and interactivity. The core business is the customers, reputation, and accessibility to a universe of customers.
edited for smiley relocation
In summary, I just came up with what seemed like an educated price for this site. I hope that I am not asking to much.
Thanks,
Michael

Yes, I agree - which is why I posted:
You would have to show the books on that to make it worth anywhere near what you're asking for it.
because the layout and lack of graphics on the site sure aren't worth it.
The first part to doing business on the internet is attracting customers with a nice looking site - second comes all the rest. Try a wonderful product, great business, perfect strategy, then develop a site with a lime green background. Doesn't matter what you're selling, they won't stick around long enough to find out.
